Never in My Life thought I would Ask this?
I was in your position. Turns out I was worried about nothing. I did get a bit scrawny on top but the extra weight on the bottom moved up there over time. Then I bounced back a bit.
In fact, I never thought I'd say this, but I kind of wish I'd let myself get a little lower rather than obsessing about getting too low.
But, if you do go too low, I have plenty of tricks for how to get more calories in. I use them on days I bike for 4 hours.
Finally, I would *not* stop exercising. Exercising will help you tremendously in maintenance. At some point, you will be hungrier than you are now or will just want to indulge more and exercise will give you the extra calorie burn you need to do that.

I have noticed that my appetite has increased a bit, If I didn't think about it much I could still go all day without feeling starved (not like pre-surgery). But I notice that my body is better about saying hey you need to eat. Exercise is not my favorite pass time but guess I will have to get over that. Thanks for all of the expert insight.

Tracey- You will get here, I was right where you are at 2 months out. So hang on it is an amazing ride. Exercise really did boost my loss and I should know better than to have stopped, just an excuse on my part not to do something I don;t like to do. Good luck I know you will do great in your journey.

Congratulations!! I have to admit that I'm a bit jealous. I've never been afraid of getting too thing, I'm still afraid at 14 months out that I won't get to goal. We all lose differently. I've consistently stayed under 900 calories but now find that perhaps I'm doing a little better with losing if I eat a little more, if it's the right foods like veggies. Everyone is right, you're going to find your perfect balance. Gail is right about exercise being so important for us. We all want to make sure we have good strong bones and exercise helps that.

Lee you are doing amazing only seven pounds to go wow. I have been a bit afraid of vegies but have started added more stuff back to my diet. I almost didn't post this because I certainly wouldn't want to discourage anyone. I am probably in somewhat of a "stall" right now as I have been at around the same weight for 3 wks or so. But I have also been adding more calories and as I said I got a little nervous and stopped exercising. So will keep calories and add back exercise. Thanks for your comments.
