My heart goes out to the tornado sticken areas. Lots of prayers...
Today is my work-week Friday...so that is a good thing. No fitness fun for me today. This long week will conclude soon enough and I will be right back on track.

Going to zumba again tonight!

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

I spent most of the morning in a meeting and the afternoon in the car coming home.
I did do something different this trip than I have ever done before. I used the stairs at the hotel instead of the elevator and never got winded!! I only used the elevator one time when I got there and unloaded. I used the steps this morning when I loaded my car and made two trips instead of one with the elevator.
