eye round cheese burger ( fatfree cheese of course ) no bun

salad

lots of homegrown tomatoes

more salad from the garden

rice n beans n beef stew on the road ( i know i know but not so bad )

1/2 an orange

a big glass ofred wine

a few jelly beans

Had some kind of strange snacky day today. Couldn't figur out what it was till I was journaling myfood and realized i forgot lunch! No wonder I was feeling snacky...

I never got on and posted my food yesterday.  Just wanted to wish you a Happy Vacation.  I spent most of the night looking at the weather!!
