Over the hump day!! Last day of work for me....YEAH!! Sunny FL tomorrow babee!! My tan's ready, my suitcase is packed, my protein's organized, now if I could get the rest of the family organized it should be a smooth trip.
I truly feel that I HAVE BROKEN THE HOLD THAT THE CARB MONSTER HAD ON ME AT WORK!!! Now...if it just carries through while I'm on vacation!!!!

So far today, I have had my protein drink w strawberries (40 g) and a protein bar (5 g) and a skinny latte (12 g) as snacks. I am meeting a colleague for lunch. Perhaps a nam sod salad at a Thai place if she is game. I will search for seafood tonight. Hopefully, I will sneak in a visit to the health club this afternoon - if not, this evening for sure.
My presentation tomorrow is at 8 am (torture!) so I will have to make my shake in advance. Thank goodness for my mini-blender!

Tried to eat a piece of leftover Easter ham and it got stuck. That has not happened in sooo long!! Three hours of vomiting was a good reminder to take my time and chew chew chew!
