Over the hump day!!  Last day of work for me....YEAH!!  Sunny FL tomorrow babee!!  My tan's ready, my suitcase is packed, my protein's organized, now if I could get the rest of the family organized it should be a smooth trip.

I truly feel that I HAVE BROKEN THE HOLD THAT THE CARB MONSTER HAD ON ME AT WORK!!!  Now...if it just carries through while I'm on vacation!!!!

Hi Roz!  Did you lose that last pound?  My scale was nice to me today, back under 130 but need to keep up the diligence and exercise.

B - 2 protein coffees, a regular one too
S - 4-pack of peanut butter crackers
L - double mint cookie w/half milk protein drink
S - celery sticks and lite laughing cow cheese (if needed)
D - Oh my - took DS out for dinner.  5 chicken wings and 4 drinks... yea.. 4....

Isn't the anticipation of a vacation the best feeling, Roz? I love the sensation of letting go. I am in beautiful SF at a big conference called Aging in America. I have my protein drinks and powder. I am winging it for lunch and dinner. I am hoping to find time to pick up a couple of greek yogurts but I don't think there is anything close by.

So far today, I have had my protein drink w strawberries (40 g) and a protein bar (5 g) and a skinny latte (12 g) as snacks. I am meeting a colleague for lunch. Perhaps a nam sod salad at a Thai place if she is game. I will search for seafood tonight. Hopefully, I will sneak in a visit to the health club this afternoon - if not, this evening for sure.

My presentation tomorrow is at 8 am (torture!) so I will have to make my shake in advance. Thank goodness for my mini-blender!

Breakfast: 1 egg with cheese & hot sauce (10)

Snack: Soy Nuts (15)

Lunch: Lean ground beef with low carb ketchup & mustard for flavor & LF Cheese (20?)

Snack: L/F Cheese Round (6)

Dinner: Who knows--meat and veggie I know for sure

Snack Protein Bar (8)

Drinks: Protein Chai 12ox (14), Water 16 oz, D/D Tea 18 oz. 

Multivits *2 day: on track.
Struggling not to snack when I get home from work b4 dinner---if I do it will be healthy protein snack.  I am just trying not to give in.

Had a rough morning so I am on shakes for the rest of the day.

Tried to eat a piece of leftover Easter ham and it got stuck. That has not happened in sooo long!! Three hours of vomiting was a good reminder to take my time and chew chew chew!
