Fitness Fun - April 27
I started my 10k training today. I know I just finished my 5k but I really want to get six pounds burned off before the end of May so I will have lost 100 pounds and will be at the clinic's goal for me.
I also have my niece's wedding May 28th and I want to be at that 100 pound loss so I can have a nice dress for the wedding and dance the night away. Then it's on to another 20 pounds to lose for my next goal. I figure the running will help me achieve this goal and since I'll be home in two weeks I'll be able to get back to Curves on the days I am not running and that will help too.

Did my weight routine and 1/2 hour on the rowing machine. I also tried a machine for my abs. I have been doing the ab roller, but this thing is cool. I finally got the courage to ask one of the guys using it after he got off. I may add it to my routine.
My treat today will be a pedicure. We're starting to get good weather and the toes will have to come out soon.
