Oh here comes the nervous stomach!  Tomorrow I have to eat light -- only instructions given.  I am thinking I will have an EAS rtd in the morning, chicken for lunch and yogurt for dinner.???  And lots of water...

Always second guessing myself...  Do you think this is ok?????

I'm so excited for you!!!!  

I'm not sure if that's considered light or not.  Most of us weren't allowed to eat for a few weeks before surgery.

It's a lovely day here but suppose to rain, did last night and there is another system coming.  So I will get some inside work done and pull out the Wii since I missed Curves this morning.

The protein ice cream I made last night was fuzzy navel and vanilla protein with a dash of peach SF syurp.  Pretty yummy.

I am back. My DH has been in the hospital since Friday with Diverticulitis. He has been in terrible pain, I told him he now has some Idea of my world. He was not comforted by that comparison. He called this morning and the doctor gave him some kind of med to stop paristalsis in the large bowel and he is feeling "GREAT". He said he is very excited by his weight loss since he has not eaten since last Thursday. He is the kind of guy who loses ten pounds because he skipped a snack. Anyway, he is much better and I need to get back on my schedule.

Breakfast- peanut butter and banana  (I cannot get enough bananas all of a sudden, I woke up last night and had to have one. I think I am lacking something in my diet.)

L 3 ounces chicken breast, salad with one tablespoon dressing, 2 graham crackers

D baked fish, brussel spouts with lemon juice

Snacks-cocoa and orange

I would never be able to say that to my DH because he wasn't happy when I decided to have WLS so the pain I went through was suffered in silence except for a moan every once in awhile. 

I'm glad your DH is feeling better.  Isn't it crazy how men can lose faster.  It just doesn't seem fair.

Maybe your potassium in low.   I like bananas but they don't like me.

Your carbs are pretty high.  They should only be about 1/3 of your Protein.  Most of them look like good carbs so I'd raise my protein rather than lower the carbs.

I am celebrating TWO major life goals this week:  We closed on our first home and are OVER THE MOON about it, can't wait to move in this weekend!!!  Going back tonight to clean :) - the more I see the place the more I LOVE it!  ---  AND.... I have finally gotten into single digit clothes!  I now fit into a size 8!  I thought a size 10 was where I was going to stay and with my height, I am very happy there, but size 8 is wonderful!!!! ;)
