Oh here comes the nervous stomach! Tomorrow I have to eat light -- only instructions given. I am thinking I will have an EAS rtd in the morning, chicken for lunch and yogurt for dinner.??? And lots of water...
Always second guessing myself... Do you think this is ok?????

I'm not sure if that's considered light or not. Most of us weren't allowed to eat for a few weeks before surgery.

Breakfast- peanut butter and banana (I cannot get enough bananas all of a sudden, I woke up last night and had to have one. I think I am lacking something in my diet.)

I'm glad your DH is feeling better. Isn't it crazy how men can lose faster. It just doesn't seem fair.
Maybe your potassium in low. I like bananas but they don't like me.
Your carbs are pretty high. They should only be about 1/3 of your Protein. Most of them look like good carbs so I'd raise my protein rather than lower the carbs.
