WOW...I can sure tell that I had extra sugar this weekend..I've went to the bathroom twice this morning already. Anyone else have an upset tummy from Easter treats?

Got weighed and measured at Curves this morning, my body fat is down to 20.4%, I'm pretty excited
Curves: 30 minutes, done!
protein: 1/2 super pro meal replacement (was kinda gross so only half, was a sample): 11g protein
breakfast: 1/2 FC28 lemon pudding with 1/4c kashi crisp cereal: 9g protein
lunch: tuna wrap with lettuce and craisins: 29.4g protein
snack: 1/2 kashi bar, 4 baby carrots: 3.8g protein
some sort of cardio exercise
protein: 1/2 lemonade protein: 12g
dinner: haddock with flaxmeal and parmesan "breading", kale and carrots: 29.4g protein
snack: cottage cheese confection (renaming my jello salad): 8.9g protein
totals: 860 calories, 22.7g fat, 53.7 net carbs, 103g protein
vitamins good, water met with plans to exceed

I'm glad you found a good balance for your blood sugar. Your carb total is still in a good range for as many Protein as you are having but I wouldn't let them creep up much higher. You are still in the honeymoon period so you will lose while eating carbs but when it comes to maintenance it is hard to maintain with higher carbs even if they are good ones.
