WOW...I can sure tell that I had extra sugar this weekend..I've went to the bathroom twice this morning already.   Anyone else have an upset tummy from Easter treats?
               
HONEYMOON PERIOD EVENTUALLY ENDS FOR EVERYONE...DON'T FALL INTO THE I CAN GET AWAY WITH IT MODE!!!!!!!   BAD HABITS ARE HARD TO BREAK AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD ENDS and THE POUNDS START CREEPING BACK!!!!!!!

Good morning, Roz  :) I found my carbs are creeping up but since they are good carbs adn fiber is always helpful and I'm still losing weight, so I'm not fixing what isn't broken :) I think I've found a great balance for my body and my blood sugar is holding steady between 75-95 at random checks.

Got weighed and measured at Curves this morning, my body fat is down to 20.4%, I'm pretty excited

Curves: 30 minutes, done!
protein: 1/2 super pro meal replacement (was kinda gross so only half, was a sample): 11g protein
breakfast: 1/2 FC28 lemon pudding with 1/4c kashi crisp cereal: 9g protein
lunch: tuna wrap with lettuce and craisins: 29.4g protein
snack: 1/2 kashi bar, 4 baby carrots: 3.8g protein
some sort of cardio exercise
protein: 1/2 lemonade protein: 12g
dinner: haddock with flaxmeal and parmesan "breading", kale and carrots: 29.4g protein
snack: cottage cheese confection (renaming my jello salad): 8.9g protein

totals: 860 calories, 22.7g fat, 53.7 net carbs, 103g protein
vitamins good, water met with plans to exceed

 7/18/10: 211lbs, 10/16/10: 174 lbs, 1/21/11: 146 lbs, 4/20/11: 131 lbs. Insulin FREE since 7/2010, "normal" BMI since 12/2010. I'm 31, 5'5", happily married, with a fabulous 3 year old boy, and hope to add to our family in the near future

Congrats on the body fat total!!

I'm glad you found a good balance for your blood sugar. Your carb total is still in a good range for as many Protein as you are having but I wouldn't let them creep up much higher.  You are still in the honeymoon period so you will lose while eating carbs but when it comes to maintenance it is hard to maintain with higher carbs even if they are good ones.

I am about to be picked up for the airport. I had my protein drink for 40 grams. I will probably order the cheese tray on the flight. I will have seafood or steak for dinner. I have RTD drinks packed in my suitcase for emergencies. Off I go!

Where are you flying to now?  We catch our plane at 6:40am on Thursday.  I hope the little ones stay sleeping or it won't be a pleasant flight for anyone....LOL
