Fitness Fun - April 25

Diana - went for a very long walk today.  3.25 miles  got  new pedometer, not sure how accurate it is, but it said something along the lines of 9575 steps. 

Oh - in my Shape Up shoes!!  My butt is going to be sore tomorrow!!!

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

That's awesome!! Sounds like a nice walk and you have the numbers to prove it!! I bet you'll feel it for sure. What about home workouts for you? I know that there are some real good ones out there today....

I did pretty good! 4 - 15 minute walks and 40 leaning push-ups.
