NSV for me!
So, I mentioned that I'm now able to go back to exercising like I used to now that my comps are over. Well, I went back to kettlebells yesterday, and it'd been about 3 weeks or so since my last official class. At the end, we do thorough stretching, and one of the stretches we do is when you cross one leg over the other and then twist away from the bent leg. (Here's a pic http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/big/2006/seatedfloortwist2.jpg ) I have not been able to get my bent leg foot on the floor in, well, a really long time. Well, yesterday, it plopped right on the ground! OMG! It was so awesome. I couldn't believe it! Also, I noticed that while doing Turkish get-ups, I was having a much easier time with the actual getting up part of the exercise. It was amazing. Today, however, I am hurting something good. :) But I missed this pain.
