Ok - lets try this again.  I tried to copy/paste into my post from my tracking site and it didn't show up - so then when I posted, it was there twice plus a bunch of other stuff.

I almost posted for Roz - wonder where she's at today? When does her vacation start?

Well, I have fallen into that mode and have gained 10 lbs. Time to get serious and get it back off.

Oh - I ate the cookie before I got on the scale and freaked out (and I already drank 3 cups of coffee and a glass of crystal lite, but had a good morning in the so I figured it evened out.. geesh!!

B - 2 protein coffees, a regular coffee with peppermint mocha creamer
S - macadamia nut cookie (ouch)
L - small piece of chicken cordon blue with 2 pieces of steamed broccoli
D - 3/4 cup chicken ala king on shiratake noodles (carby too)

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR STARTING THE POST!!  I'M SO SWAMPED AT WORK TRYING TO GET EVERYTHING DONE IN MY 3 DAY WEEK.  I WOULD APPRECIATE HELP WHILE I'M AWAY TOO.  IF I DON'T POST BY 9:00AM EST IT'S PROBABLY BECAUSE WE LEFT FOR THE PARK AND I FORGOT!!!

Lots of gardening done, bank accounts reconciled and a pony driven.  Heading to Zumba soon.  It's been a good day.

Although I have not wanted to eat at all today, I believe I have done fairly well.

B- 4 oz Egg Salad (unsure of protein)
L- 4 oz ham
s- 1 string cheese
s-1 can slim fast low carb
D--Not too sure yet, probably more ham.
