Well, I have fallen into that mode and have gained 10 lbs. Time to get serious and get it back off.
Oh - I ate the cookie before I got on the scale and freaked out (and I already drank 3 cups of coffee and a glass of crystal lite, but had a good morning in the so I figured it evened out.. geesh!!

S - macadamia nut cookie (ouch)
L - small piece of chicken cordon blue with 2 pieces of steamed broccoli
D - 3/4 cup chicken ala king on shiratake noodles (carby too)
