HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Happy Easter Gals!

I'm not good at this part, but good on vitamins today and water is going well.

B-fast was huevos rancheros (1 egg, tiny portion of potatoes and 1/4 cup beans)
Lunch - slice of chicken breast meat, 2 oz cheese, 2 strawberries
Supper - pheasant with small portion of mac-n-cheese (low cal with spinach)

Got real out of sync today. Too much bread.

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (50g)
2nd B - bacon, egg, crescent roll and protein coffee (30g)
S - more crescent roll
L - protein shake (30g)
2nd L - rib roast, mashed cauliflower, green beans w/ almonds, red potato and a crescent roll
S - animal crackers
D -
S - CarbSmart ice cream

omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: done
Proferrin: pending

We had a great afternoon with the DGD's.  They had so much fun hunting eggs!! 

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  Baked chicken leg, deviled egg, green beans, mac & cheese, shared a slice of sugar free jelly & lite cool whip pie with DGD's
S:  Unsweet Tea w/ 1/2 scoop Lemon Tea Protein - more jello/cool whip pie
D:  Pork Tenderloin, squash & onions, baked okra
S:  Probably don't need any

Vitamins:  Done except night time multi
Water:  104 ozs
Miles:  None

I'm so glad you had a good day.  Ours had a blast too.  We had to do everything in fast mode though because the 2 oldest ones had to go to their Dad's.

Went to DD's house today and it was downhill from there. But not terrible...just way too many carbs my pee stick was tan again tonite :(
