I'm not good at this part, but good on vitamins today and water is going well.
B-fast was huevos rancheros (1 egg, tiny portion of potatoes and 1/4 cup beans)
Lunch - slice of chicken breast meat, 2 oz cheese, 2 strawberries
Supper - pheasant with small portion of mac-n-cheese (low cal with spinach)
Got real out of sync today. Too much bread.
