I am just continuing on as usual...I am on track with food and exercising more so hopefully I will see a drop soon. My waist has gone down 1 1/2" this past month so something is happening! :)

lost 1 lb.
I thought I'd lose more this week, with all my super exercise and my return to work. But it might be that I'm not drinking enough fluids, as I'm only getting in about 40 oz a day.
But my vitalady order came in, so now I can do my no-carb morning protein coffees again, and only do Starbucks lattes once a week as a treat.
I'm still disappointed when I see how much weight you all lose, and I'm still sluggishly plugging along. I mean, whaaaaaa, I exercise 90 minutes at least 4 days a week.

And I JUST started exercising...we've been walking but that is it. We started back to the gym THIS week. And only did 30 mins of walking on the treadmill.

I hope so. Thanks for the idea. I know I'm losing inches. My pants are all waaaay too big, and I can get into stuff that I haven't worn in years. I have a definite waist now. And my fat around my lower ribs looks kinds weird, like possibly the muscle is more sculpted underneath it. Crap, maybe I"m lying to myself.
NEVERTHELESS.... if I am way off base, I want to figure it out now.... i posted another thread to ask about it, it bothers me that much.

I am hanging on better then gaining but still want to lose more. Eating is way off right now and need to get back to plan. Trying to re motivate mysefl but it has been hard. Can't exercise due to my back but I have a feeling my back pain is due to something else.
