This Sunday: 156
Change -2.8 lbs

Today I am also 3 months out from surgery. So we did my measurements:
Lost another 5 3/8 inches. Total lost 37 1/4 "

It was a good week for me down 1.8 to 154.6..less than five pounds away from my first goal of no longer being overweight!!
