...for those who follow the bunny, happy Easter Bunny Day, for those who don't celebrate, I hope you have a wonderful Sunday. It is beautiful here this morning. DH says it's probably giving folks with allergies fits.

Today I'm making rib roast and the kids and the grand baby are coming over for late lunch / early dinner. We babysat last night and the grand baby had a wonderful time finding eggs inside and outside. DIL might not like it, but DH had the grand baby rolling around in the grass and running up and down the neighbors' driveways. She "talked" to the nice Marine who lives next door and the canine cop and his little boy who live on the other side.  She'll be 2 in July, so she's starting to talk but in two languages. She says thank you in Chinese and bows her head...mostly she bows her head because her mouth is already full by the time she remembers to say thank you. lol

Anyway, I hope everyone has a lovely day. What are your plans for today?

Gina, sounds like y'all had a great time babysitting.  They are so much fun!!  I have not seen mine this weekend.  We are going to my BIL and SIL's for lunch today after church.  The DGD's and their families will be there and we will eat and then hunt eggs.  Should be funny!!

Mine are talking some too.  One you can understand really good, but the other one is too busy and talks way too fast for me to understand her!!  They are starting the potty training now so other than suckers(granddaddy) and candy we got them pull-ups for Easter.  They will probably be pretty full of sugar before the day is out!!

Happy Easter.

I haven't seen my grandbaby for a couple of weeks and am going through withdrawal!  Yours sounds so adorable!

Tom is cooking prime rib and having an Easter family dinner tonight.

Today is also going to be a pretty day - not real warm, probably hit the low 50's, but I'll take it considering last Sunday we had snow.

My agenda is (was) looking at jobs online then need to clean.

Happy Everything!

I don't celebrate Easter but I'm hardboiling some eggs for good measure.  I never want to anger any of the Gods. :)

Raining here.  Darn, because I wanted to take a long walk.  I got to walk miles and miles in SF yesterday which was really fun.  My best friend from childhood was in town and we like to walk together while talking.  Gotta love friends like that.  I'm doing so much better walking up the big hills!

This afternoon a college friend that I haven't seen in close to 40 years, except on FB, is coming over and then spending the night.  I'm really looking forward to it.  Always fun to catch up with old friends.

Leaving tomorrow morning for 3 days in LA so I won't be on OH.  Have a fun week!

Happy Easter/Sunday! It's supposed to be beautiful here today. I woke up with some kind of esophageal pain (spasms? Shouldn't be acid, I take gaviscon right before bed and protonix twice a day) and got in an argument with DH. Hopefully the day turns around a little.

Gina, sounds like you had a great time with your grandbaby. :)

Happy Easter
Or
Happy Sunday!
It has been a wonderful morning, the youngsters got up at 5 (I believe) and just ooohhh'd and aaaahhhhh'd over baskets, woke us up to tell us about it and we told them to go back to bed LOL.
Of course they did not but were quiet enough to let us sleep until 9!! We were so shocked! They have already dug into the candy and I have already cut them off (can we say diarrea)
We colored eggs last night so we hid them in the house this morning and have done the egg hunt thing, I was going to make deviled eggs but they fell apart while peeling (I cooked them too long) so we have egg salad instead! I will be cooking a ham later on with all the trimmings and ready for a nice dinner. We have no family around so we have learned over the years to work with what we have, it does not upset me any, teaching the kids their own traditions is a good thing.
We were headed to church but believe it or not, I have nothing to wear and have also ended up taking the NORCO for the first time in a week, my tubes have been hurting bad the last 2 days (over did it I believe) so we stayed home, may do a family prayer session later on. ANyway sounds like everyone is going to have an awesome day, enjoy it and reflect in all your blessings.

Have a great day everyone!
