Fitness Fun - April 22

Good morning LW's

How is everyone doing? I am so glad the workweek is over. Not that I get any downtime but it's nice to have to be at work.

What are your fitness plans today? I will not be able to workout at lunch today but will go to the gym tonight.

I am officially a RUNNER!

I ran intervals this a.m. in the rain.  3.07 miles in 39 minutes.  I'm following a 30 minute 5K training program.  My goal is 36 minutes not 30.  My lungs just won't do it faster yet.  OK, the legs are still pretty heavy too.

Curves is closed for the holiday and it's rainy.  But I did my floor exercises and weights this morning.

Boy, am I glad this work week is over! It was so busy!

I made it to 5:30 a.m. spin class this morning. Doesn't feel like I worked out enough this week. :(
