How to get samples?

Hi,

I just was approved for surgery - don't have date yet, but someone mentioned I should get protein drink samples? How do I do that? Is there a company that provides them?

What I did was every time I saw someone on these forums mention a product they liked,I emailed that company and asked if they had any samples.

Many sent samples and some told me how I could purchase samples. I told them I was preparing for bariatric surgery and was trying out protein product.

My favorite protein at this point.

Just remember, what you like today, you might not like postop. I know everything tasted funny postop, but then it does get better.

Everyone usually raves about the Premiere Protein chocolate shake. The only place that sells them locally is Costco, and I didn't want to get a membership there and then not like the drink, so I emailed them. They sent me one chocolate and one vanilla. It took a little while to get here, maybe 2-3 weeks, but it was free!
