Maintenance is just too much...HELP!!
I lose a little and gain a little. I really worry of gaining my weight back. I will admit I step on the scale every morning. It fluctuates between 118-121. my lowest weight was 113. actually that's where I'd rather be. Being I'm 5ft 1in. I eat very low carb. Keeping my calories anywhere from 800 up to 1100. I get regular exercise, lately gardening, push mowing that kinda thing. Not to mention I'm a waitress 5 days a week so I deff get my fair share of walking. I've tried Zumba lately. I struggle to get my water in. Warm liquids work better for me so I've became a coffeaholic . I feel I'm very conscious of my food. I have to be. Processed meats with nitrates make me very sick. I try to choose lean meats and lean more towards fish, chicken and turkey. I do veggies and little fruit. Mostly berries. Citrus makes me sick. I don't do NO kind of pasta, rice or bread. I get in my vit's.(Celebrate). I'm really in need of some advice.
Here is a sample of my eat's in a day.

Welcome to the LW Boards. Glad you decided to check us out.
Your menu looks pretty good to me. I still do 3 protein drinks a day. That keeps me from snacking during the day. My calories are usually between 1000 and 1200. Do you think you are getting enough calories? Sometimes you have to change things up a little to start dropping weight again.
Roz posts a Menus and Miles each day. You might look back at some of them for ideas on meals. Those of us that post on there are at different points in our WLS journey and also have different surgeries.
Are you drinking caffeine coffee? I read somewhere that if you drink caffeine you need even more water. I don't know if that is true or not.
I'm sure others will post with some suggestions for you.
Good luck.
Linda

I was going to say the same thing. Caffienated coffee will act like a diuretic so you really need to up your fluid intake when you drink it.
Otherwise you look good. Your body may just be where it is comfortable. BTW, I weigh myself daily, too. It helps me to be accountable and on top of things. The only time I don't weigh myself daily is when I am gaining weight and know why. It's called denial.

I do drink decaffeinated coffee. Everyone talks about a bounce back and every pound I gain at this point I wonder if this is what there talking about. At times I'm 8lbs. heavier than my lowest weight. I came off 5 insulin shots for type 2 diabetes and 2 different Blood pressure meds after 18yrs. I know weight plays a huge roll in those comorbidities. Today I don't take a single thing. I refuse to go back there. I feel this surgery and lifestyle change has been a true blessing. Guess I just really came for some reassurance and support. I am up for any and all words of wisdom..When deep down I know maybe I just need to have more confidence in myself and get back to basics. Thanks.
I think your typical menu is awesome and maybe you're just not far enough into maintenance to see what's really going to be "normal". My 2nd year into maintenance I bounced up a bit more than I wanted but this last 6-9 months I lost a little and have maintained that without really changing a whole lot. You just keep doing what you're doing-- get your fluids in, take your vitamins and keep moving as you are and I think you'll do fine. Give the bounce a little time to redistribute some and your body just may decide to drop back down a little more. You've done an awesome job, babeeee!

Actually, caffeine isn't a true diuretic. It does make you pee. But you don't lose more fluid over a 24 hour period so it's not dehydrating. It's more like an on switch for your bladder.

I think your sample day looks amazing. I would encourage more fluid, getting closer to the 64 oz range.
I think you have done great and maybe your body is trying to figure out where it is happy. I'm 4'11" and I doubt that I will get that low. I'm shooting for the top of my BMI range at my age, 62.
