When do you take your vitamins???

Not sure if my system is correct, but this is what i do...

Immediately upon waking I take my synthroid (Best on an empty tummy)

Within the hour I take B12, and 2 Bariatric Advantage multi chewables (I never thought  to add a calcium too. Think I may start that).

Around lunchtime I take tender iron with 1000 mg C

Sometime in the afternoon I take 5000 biotin and chelated zinc


Beginning  around dinnertime I begin taking my calcium,magnesium and dry D3. I often forget that 3rd dose, so think I will add 1 calcium dose in the morning.

Guess I'm still a work in progress!

AM: calcium + 1 mult
Lunch: Iron + 1 multi
PM: calcium + 1 multi
Dinner: calcium + 1 fish oil

I am using Celebrate for my multi and it's 3 capsules so I spread them throughout the day. I could take them all at once if I had to but I have to take 3 doses of calcium and 1 of iron so I might as well spread them out.

AM- Calcium D3

Noon- Multi vit, folic acid, Iron, SL B12  (does anyone know is Folic acid really acidic?)

Bedtime- Calcium, SL B12, Zinc

Thanks so much for all the insight!  I got a pill dispenser and have it here on my office desk (I work from home) and that seems to be helping a lot.....if I stare at them all day I remember to take them!)   I also bought some of the Miralax powder and it seems to really do the trick. Can you take that often...like at least once or twice a week without issues?
