Congratulations on getting the job at Fort Drum. It won't be too bad...except in winter. Brrr! I've heard it gets mighty cold up there. We should see if we can talk via email once you're settled. I'll be going back to a military reservation sometime in June, so I'll have a .mil email addy again.

I probaby shouldn't post all the crap I ate today, but here goes anyway.  Bad day at work = stress eating.  I need to do something other than eat when I get stressed.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  Fajita meat w/ peppers & Onions
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
Chocolate malted eggs
Mixed Nuts
D:  Peanut butter & sugar free jelly on 1/2 high fiber/low carb wrap, cheeze-its

Vitamins:  Done
Water:  104 ozs
Miles:  None - I did walk from the parking lot to the ball field tonight and back to the car!!

OH no.....cheezits..LOL   Those things are so addicting!!   Stress can do crazy things to us but it seems a little easier to get back on track than before surgery.

It looks like half of your day was under control...LOL

Sure can...
1 cup pnut butter
1 egg or 1/4th cup egg beaters
1 cup splenda or sweetener of your choice
1 tsp vanilla

Mix all ingredients. Drop ny spoonfuls onto ungreased bking sheet. Press a criss coss pattern in each with a fork dipped in your sweetener.

Bake for 8-10 min in 350 degree oven
Per cookie using egg Cals 102 Pro 4 Fat 9 gms Net carb 2 sugar 1 sodium 86

per cookie using egg sub. cals 97 pro 4 fat 8 net carb 2 sugar 1 sodium 81 mg

Hi, everyone. Tough day of eating on the road. Good to be home!

B- protein drink, greek yogurt w 1/2 banana (35 g)
L- Olive garden: 3 grilled shrimp, a little salad and pasta e fagioli soup without the pasta (about 15 g)
S- sunflower seeds (5 g)
D- Amy's chicken sausage (12 g) and tblesp of hummus w 2 crackers (2 g)
S- fudgsicle (3 g)
