Congratulations on getting the job at Fort Drum. It won't be too bad...except in winter. Brrr! I've heard it gets mighty cold up there. We should see if we can talk via email once you're settled. I'll be going back to a military reservation sometime in June, so I'll have a .mil email addy again.

OH no.....cheezits..LOL Those things are so addicting!! Stress can do crazy things to us but it seems a little easier to get back on track than before surgery.

1 cup pnut butter
1 egg or 1/4th cup egg beaters
1 cup splenda or sweetener of your choice
1 tsp vanilla
Mix all ingredients. Drop ny spoonfuls onto ungreased bking sheet. Press a criss coss pattern in each with a fork dipped in your sweetener.
Bake for 8-10 min in 350 degree oven
Per cookie using egg Cals 102 Pro 4 Fat 9 gms Net carb 2 sugar 1 sodium 86
per cookie using egg sub. cals 97 pro 4 fat 8 net carb 2 sugar 1 sodium 81 mg

L- Olive garden: 3 grilled shrimp, a little salad and pasta e fagioli soup without the pasta (about 15 g)

D- Amy's chicken sausage (12 g) and tblesp of hummus w 2 crackers (2 g)
S- fudgsicle (3 g)
