Hi Roz & everyone!

It used to be when I sat home I didn't eat - hardly at all, now I'm finding I'm grazing something awful - on good to ok stuff, but still... its more than I should be and I know its boredome... I'm going to definitely have to get this under control.

B - triple protein coffee and more coffee at work
L - greek yogurt with NSA cherry preserves and sprinkles of graham cracker
D - chicken wings and hamburger soup (was very good) and 2 beer

Vits:  yes
Water:  yes

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so

Hello - great day at work -- the sun is shining and the office is eerily quiet!  Getting a LOT accomplished...  One week from this very moment I will be in the recovery room... woo hooo! (remaining calm....)

preop menu - no specific diet so next week I'm going to throw in some protein drinks to get used to that!
B - skim milk + cheese stick (12.5)
S - kashi bar (5)
L - pasta w/ meat (13)
S - yogurt (3)
D - ??

Water - 32 oz. so far
Vites - pm

Tomorrow ours will be really quite and it's going to make for a really long day.  I've got to remember next year that my family all has Good Friday off.

Keep excited about your WLS!!!   This time next week I will be on my way to Disney but I will definitely be Praying for all of our LW's that will be having surgery while I'm away.

Since I work from home, no surprises here. 

Curves and some gardening done.  Payroll left to do, then more with the ponies, I hope.  We are having a day of on and off again rain.

Had to get up early 5am and go to Fort Drum for a preemployment physical. It looks like the Army is going to hire me.  It is about time someone hires me!!!  But oddly, I do not feel happy. I guess it is the thought of moving to Fort Drum has me down.
Breakfast- whole wheat english muffin with peanutbutter

Lunch- Salad with grilled chicken
Snack-damn my husband bought cookies while I was in getting my physical, I ate one. bad I know, but good I limited myself to one. LOL

Dinner- the rest of my lunch salad with left over steak 3 ounces.
Update 1 cup of diet cocoa
I'm tired and off to bed I go. It has been a long day.
