It used to be when I sat home I didn't eat - hardly at all, now I'm finding I'm grazing something awful - on good to ok stuff, but still... its more than I should be and I know its boredome... I'm going to definitely have to get this under control.
B - triple protein coffee and more coffee at work
L - greek yogurt with NSA cherry preserves and sprinkles of graham cracker
D - chicken wings and hamburger soup (was very good) and 2 beer

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

Snack-damn my husband bought cookies while I was in getting my physical, I ate one. bad I know, but good I limited myself to one. LOL
Dinner- the rest of my lunch salad with left over steak 3 ounces.
Update 1 cup of diet cocoa
I'm tired and off to bed I go. It has been a long day.
