Hello to all of my Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!

Morning Everyone!!!   We are having an Employee Birthday Celebration today.  As far as I know we are ordering lunch from one my my favorite local restaurants and I'm hoping they have soup or I might just order a side salad and eat the 1/2 can that I have left over from yesterday.  I'm not even going to look at the menu so temptation can't change my mind!!!

                    I've got 1 pound to get off!!!!   Protein...Protein...Protein!!!!!!!!!  It won't come off!!!

HONEYMOON PERIOD EVENTUALLY ENDS FOR EVERYONE...DON'T FALL INTO THE I CAN GET AWAY WITH IT MODE!!!!!!!   BAD HABITS ARE HARD TO BREAK AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD ENDS and THE POUNDS START CREEPING BACK!!!!!!!

The cravings are finally going away.  I used to make myself wait until 3:00 before I would allow myself to have cheezits and I was constantly watching the clock.  Now 3:00 comes and goes without being noticed and the next time I look I'm rushing to clean my desk so I can go home.

I hate it when my work springs lunch on me, i enjoy my menu planning always do it the night before either right before or right after I pack up for the next day (sometimes I don't log it until after just to see how well I can plan and keep within my pre-set boundaries)

Breakfast Cookie with banana FC28 protein pudding: 25.3g protein
Parm/Ranch Chicken Wrap with 1/4 cup romaine and ranch dressing: 24.3g protein
Babybel cheese: 5g protein
1/2 scoop roadside lemonade: 12g protein
Chicken with homeade PB2/coconut milk sauce, TVP, brussel sprouts: 30.2g protein
Cheese bar: 5g protein

drinking is good
vitamins are on track

totals: calories: 1017, fat: 38g, carbs: 49.9g (36g net), protein: 125g


 7/18/10: 211lbs, 10/16/10: 174 lbs, 1/21/11: 146 lbs, 4/20/11: 131 lbs. Insulin FREE since 7/2010, "normal" BMI since 12/2010. I'm 31, 5'5", happily married, with a fabulous 3 year old boy, and hope to add to our family in the near future

Hated it when we had unexpected junk at work, since I dont work anymore this has led me to eating the junk anyway LOL....Now not so much.

First let me say I am scared to eat- after I decided to randomly take a BS yesterday.  It was HIGH...I almost keeled over in panic.  (should this be after RNY? So of course I am panicked that my RNY isn't right again.)

B; S/f, Decaf Chai (14 protein)
Snack: Atkins Bar (8 protein)
Lunch: Crust less Quiche
Snack: L/F babybel cheese
Dinner: Not sure yet- maybe Yogurt

Trying to pump fluids in...Count my tea and d/d tea- I am at 30 oz so far
