calories: 797 w/o dinner
vits: on track
h2o: 64 oz done already...doing great!
miles: elliptical 45 min @ lunch and treadmill this evening

Trying to bring in a little more solid food this week...even though my tummy seems to boycott the whole idea. I have found myself nibbling on some ritz crackers thinking that will settle my tummy, but
B: 1/4 c crab/shrimp mix w/ olive oil mayo and 3 crackers 110cal 8 protein
S: Syntrax strawberry kiwi 100c and 23g protein
L: 1/2c steamed broccoli w/ rice, 1 string cheese 110, 6p
S: "Power Shake" syntrax latte, 1c. skim milk, 1 scoop unjury, benefiber, SF mocha 295c/53p
D: 1/2 greek yogurt w/ crystal light 60c/8g protein
Calories 675 and 98 protein
Vitamins are done, water good. I need to increase my exercise. I normally work from home and went back to sitting on the exercise ball for a chair. Setting my timer for 60 minutes and doing 30 crunches and 30 ball push ups every hour. Need to get in some consistent cardio but it keeps snowing outside!!
