Hi, Roz. I am committed to exercising at least 30 minutes a day this week. So far, so good. It is easy to do the elliptical while watching DTWS!

I have a treadmill that I never touch and I don't know why because I used to enjoy walking on it. When I get back from vacation I think I'm going to make a committment to walk on it every day (remind me if I forget....LOL)

Good morning! (well here in CA at least!) Had dinner at fancy Mexican restaurant/bar last night and I make the great choice of not eating and just having a grande key lime pie margarita...well guess who got 0 minutes of sleep last night because they were up dumping on it for literally hours!?!? OMG never again!!!!!!!
Switching protein drinks to water and skipping class today to go Sacramento to tour a college I think I'm going to switch to to be a surgical technician...school cost 26K so if I decide to do it I need to bat my eyelashes to the DM & DF since I've already put at least that much in at the University, don't qualify for financial aid and I would need to move there (2hours away). Blah.
