I hope none of our LW's and their families/friends got hit by all of the terrible tornadoes!!!!   It was so scary watching it all on TV this morning.

                    I've got 1 pound to get off!!!!   Protein...Protein...Protein!!!!!!!!!  It won't come off!!!

HONEYMOON PERIOD EVENTUALLY ENDS FOR EVERYONE...DON'T FALL INTO THE I CAN GET AWAY WITH IT MODE!!!!!!!   BAD HABITS ARE HARD TO BREAK AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD ENDS and THE POUNDS START CREEPING BACK!!!!!!!

Good morning Roz!

Mother nature seems to be on a rampage lately. So many tragedies.

I really need to get back in the habit of posting/writing down all that goes past these lips. I have been in a stall and really need to get these last 18 pounds off!

Meal2: Flax Muffin with FC28 pudding: 24g protein
Meal3: PB2 & BB strawberry and yogurt spread on lavash with baby carrots: 10.3g protein
Meal4: Chocolate PB Banana Shake: 31.1g protein

Picking up Dad and taking him and Mom to Grandma's this evening. Not sure what dinner has in store so making the shake to take on the trip.

Totals minus 2 meals: 650 calories, 53.7g carbs (39.7g net) 80.4g protein

Already worked out
Drinking plenty
Vitamins are on track

 7/18/10: 211lbs, 10/16/10: 174 lbs, 1/21/11: 146 lbs, 4/20/11: 131 lbs. Insulin FREE since 7/2010, "normal" BMI since 12/2010. I'm 31, 5'5", happily married, with a fabulous 3 year old boy, and hope to add to our family in the near future

ItalianSpice....I made it! I almost left without posting my plan of the day! Thanks for the friend invite it reminded me what I said I would do. I think I have lost my memory today.

Breakfast- 1 egg omlet with onion and green pepper  (with the cost of green peppers this should have been called 'a golden omlet') and an orange

Lunch- I am going to choke down a protein drink

afternoon snack  Diet cocoa and gramcracker

dinner  Steak-4ounces
               Greenbeans 3 ounces

Snack popcorn
Drinking fluids and taking pills always good about these

protein  more than 60 gms
3pm This is my problem, I have not been able to stick to my plans lately, Lunch turned into 4 ounces of spegetti sauce with a slice of garlic bread to dip in it. I figure 300 calories mostly from fat. I will continue to get back on track.
Roz, I would give up all the gramcrackers in the world if I could drink a glass of cold milk. I miss cereal and drinking milk with dinner more than anything in the world.

There aren't too many things I miss but graham crackers are one of them.  Graham crackers dipped in hot tea....drooling.   I just can't stop at one so I can't even have them in the house.

Good food choices but I worry about the low Protein total....
