Shout out for hydrostatic weighing - body composition, especially further out!
Wow - very cool info! This is something I wish I had done last summer. I had a test done where they put electrodes on the bottoms of your feet and it read your body fat and I was at like 19% then - but then was told its not a real effective way of measuring. I KNOW I'm way above that now.

I still have me a boatload of fat on this body so I'm not running out to find a pod or tank quite yet. When I get down to a normal BMI of 145 I'll do that. My Tanita scale tells me that at 156 I'm 34.5% body fat. I must have a really low lean body mass and a really high body fat composition. I can see the fat on my stomach, thighs, tush and arms. At least it's not sitting there calling me FATTY anymore. :)
