Menus and Miles Wed. April 20th

These last ten pounds are never going to come off! I am so close to being a size 8 but it is a no go.

Breakfast- egg piece of homemade bread (1 ounce I weighed it before I toasted it) 9 gm protein

Lunch Ground beef 4 ounces with catsup 28 gm protein

Snack- Orange
up to this point it is actual
now I am planning for the future, they don't always become real, but I try

Dinner- I am thinking of getting myself some fish and brussel spouts. 30 gms protein

snack- protein drink (yuck) 20 gm protein in diet cocoa

90 gms protein for the day.
