Fitness Fun - April 20th

LW's, how are you today? 

I am tired and tired. I will officially take a day of rest from fitness today. Tomorrrow watch out! I have been working out twice a day for the past 10 days...so, a day of rest is needed for sure. Feels great though. Clothes are fitting looser but that darned scale plays tricks on me daily. Aarrgh. I know I am losing again but can't confirm numbers until the scale plays nice.

So, what are your plans today?

Dont you love when the scale plays those tricks UGH!
I am still doing my slow leisurly walks in my neighborhood, taking it easy but I am doing something.!

Curves this morning.  Hopefully some floor exercises and weights this evening.

You do need to rest from time to time to give your body a chance to recoup.  But look at your ticker, you are so very close to 100, I know that is helping to drive you to get it done.

What the heck?! I went out and ran 3.25 miles tonight and it sucked. I felt heavy and there was so much smoke and grass smell in the air. Mornings are better for me. At least I got it done!
