Good morning LW's!

Just a friendly reminder as I write in my lil notebook that I am sipping on a protein latte.

Protein first!  (But oh those simple carbs go down so dang easy!)

Dont forget to journal!

Try to track your liquids. Keep your liquids apart from your meals by 30 minutes.

Track your miles.

And dont forget those vites!!!

Roz's menus and miles will be up soon.

I needed this reminder.  I have stayed and my weightloss shows this.  Carbs are much easier for me to eat, sometimes I just do not tolerate dense protein very well.  I am really struggling with emotional eating again.

Actually, your post from yesterday had me deciding to start journaling again.  But this morning, I couldn't find the site I used (switched to a  new one) and can't remember the name!!  Isn't that pathetic?  I used dailyplate before but don't like it anymore since they changed it. 

I did try another one, but didn't care for it either.  I know its one many people on this site use...

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

I like Sparkpeople.com, but many people like myfitnesspal.com. Once you start having a list of favorites, the journaling does go faster.

Simple Carbs are the devil  They go down so easy....but will cause the worst dumping ever!
I journal using myfitnesspal on my ipod...it's free and easy!
