How about a before, during & after post

I have actually let mine grow out some too lately.  I have had short hair for 15-20 years and it is at its longest right now.

You will get back there!!!  If you were 172 in that black/white outfit that is what I would shoot for.  Your size was great in that picture.  How tall are you?  I'm just 5'1 1/2".

I think I was about 175-180 in that picture...I had bounced some by then....I am about 5'8 . I love how supportive everyone is...and how honest.  It helps me feel like I found people who get me.  Thanks Linda.

I need to take something more current but here are the last I did.

Before at my neice's wedding, around 220lbs.











And January, at 150 something.

You are looking great.  Coming up on 2 years for you.  I'll bet Dr. Scott will be thrilled with your progress.
