Fitness Fun - April 19th
Good morning LW's,
How are you all doing? Yesterday I did not want to go workout but did. I love it when that happens. Although I tend to be more proned to injury because I over-compensate for the workout...so today, my knees are very sore. I did the treadmill with extreme incline hills...fast paced walking...so yah, a bit sore today :)
Today's plan is for a 45 min cardio on the elliptical at lunch and treadmill and stretches this evening.

Hi Diana, I just wanted to come say g'morning to you! I'm headed out the door and will walk 3 miles on the way to work, then will walk home tonight. My walking pal has an injured knee so we'll be walking slower, but I'm so grateful that it's not raining and I can walk regardless of the speed.

Did the curcuit this morning at Curves then caught the first 15 min of Zumba before I had to head off to work. Getting ready to fill up the backpack sprayer and go kill weeds in the pasture.
