Fitness Fun - April 18th
Good morning LWs
Happy Monday...well, you know what I mean...hehe
I was going to go for a morning run and woke up and legs protested...so, I will do my run this afternoon. My goal is for 3 1/2 miles run today on treadmill followed by a cool-down on the elliptical. Total minutes should be 60....Gotta get my head in the game though. I'm tired...but what else is new right?
So, what are your fitness fun plans today?

My back is still a little tender and I have to get some paperwork done but I'm planning on driving at least one pony and Zumba tonight.

I have wanted to start walking the mile loop at work again during my break and finally started again today. I hope to do this at least three days a week. I then went to the gym after work....usally do 40 minutes on the elliptical but it was crowded so walked 40 on the dreadmill (while reading my book....best distraction EVER!)......ran only one minute but it is a start. Had my 1 month f/up with my surgeon today and he was happy so I was also glad about that. It is strange as I am not losing weight yet my body keeps getting smaller. I am not working out that much so it isn't muscle......how the heck does this work?
Not complaining just pleasantly perplexed!
