Wow! Amazing...I want to own some guns like yours. Zumba is toning me up, but clearly I need to add something more. Great job! So proud of your accomplishment.

Love Love Love Zumba!

I switch up my entire fitness routine on a regular basis--no getting bored with doing the same stuff over and over again--I do the eliptical, I run, take classes like zumba, combat cardio and yoga.  I also coach cheerleading and soccer so whatever I make my athletes do--I do--which typically involves a lot of sit ups, running, push-ups and planks.

Congrats on your surgery!!  How exciting!

I eat every two hours (most of the time)--mini meals.  I am a vegetarian ( Yes, I know.  I know.) but I still do supplement with protein shakes.  I love chobani greek yogurt and typically eat two a day plus fresh fruit and veggies. I have to be super cautious about carbs!!!
