The tornado passed just over the house and did not touch down here, It did hit about 30 min away from us in several different spots. Glouster being the worst and Bertie has I believe 4 deaths. It was a VERY scary night, the lightening was so bad it kept making our smoke detector go off, anyway my thoughts and prayers go out to all who have lost anything.
No breakfast again, woke up too late.

Still not much of an appetite so far...felt nauseous most of the weekend. Think I also dumped for the first time after eating some scrambled eggs too fast...about 20 minutes later had hot flashes, tummy pain, etc and had to take a short nap. Thankfully it was Saturday! You'd think that since I haven't been eating a lot that the weight would be dropping off a little more quickly!! Oh well...
B: Syntrax Latte w/ Unjury and Benefiber and skim milk & SF Mocha Mix 295 cal 54g protein
(this takes me all morning to drink)
L: Syntrax Strawberry Kiwi 100c 23g protein
S: 1/2 greek yogurt plain w/ crystal light sprinkled on it 60cal 8g protein
D: other half of the yogurt 60cal 8g protein
Total 515cal 93g protein
I had bought four of the Syntrax grab and go boxes to try out some of the flavors. The two that I thought I would love (Caribean Cooler and Lemon Tea) I found rather yucky but I LOVE the strawberry kiwi and the latte! At least I have found a few that I like!!
Spring has finally sprung here in the Pacific Northwest so I think I'll bundle up and take a nice brisk walk at lunch and then do a little JustDance after work (my 7yo DD loves to do the dancing with me, she is much better at it than me~I make her stand in front so she can'****ch me!!)

I always dump on scrambled eggs. I don't have any trouble with egg beaters though. I love the Southwestern ones.
The pounds will come off, but most importantly if you stick with the Protein and low carbs it will stay off!!!!
I loved the strawberry kiwi too but if you put crystal lite in the lemon tea then you can have numerous flavors with one jug of protein.

Thanks Roz...I will try the egg beaters and see if that works! The pounds are coming off pretty consistently at 3 lbs a week. I have noticed that my clothes are fitting differently and I am already back in a size 12 jeans and dress pants (well....let's just say that I can get them buttoned!). I'll try the crystal light with the tea and see if that makes it taste a little better!!

Usually when I dump on fat and sugar it happens right away but scrambled eggs take awhile. I'm not sure it its dumping or just they don't go down right. One time I was still sick the second day and finally in the evening I made myself throw up and I couldn't believe how many eggs came out. I would have thought they would have dissoveled or went down in that length of time.

Wow that sounds awful, sad to hear about. doing HW all day. not sure about dinner since the DB is turning 21 today we are going to chilis (gross) for dinner with a huge group very tempted to drink but i can name about a gazillion reasons why i shouldn't
