This morning I was going to go for a run but was way too tired so I will bump it to the afternoon. I was good over the weekend. No planned foods but did good nonetheless. Today will not be a planned day either (day off) and will spend the rest of the afternoon after all errands and such planning, prepping and cooking for the week. I know the brownies will make a return...not sure what else will. Maybe an egg bake?? Who knows.

Gained 2 pounds this week. Going to work on getting that off, had a very busy weekend (wedding dress shopping for my cousin, seeing mom and grandma, kid's birthday party, driving out into the middle of nowhere to help a friend unload a moving truck) and didn't really take note of everything I ate.

Have you tried the new Liquid flavorings instead of the Crystal Lite? I got the MIO brand..Mango Peach flavored. They don't spill and there isn't any mess. I only use a little crystal lite at a time and I'm always spilling it in my purse. My DD picked this up for me becaue she is tired of my folded down CL packages laying everywhere.
