b-1/4 protein smoothie,egg scrambled with ground turkey (20)
s-almonds (3)
l-rest of eggs and turkey and a banana (15)
s-iced protein coffee (25)
d-turkey burger and broccoli (12)
s-iced protein coffee (25)
100oz water, 1 of 4 vits done and a slow 2 mile walk today...i hate that i can't exercise besides walking and even that is exhausting still, it's driving me nuts.

I had thought about going back to school....thought about homework....changed my mind...LOL There isn't anything I'd like to do that would give me a strong enough drive to want to do homework.
I don't have good memories of studying. Fell in love with DH when I was 15 and those are my only good memories of school.

What a great surprise for you and how sweet of them.
We are in Florida right now. I feel like I've been living in my car. My sister in law had a massive stroke last weekend so we came to see her tomorrow. She is not doing good and had to have surgery Tuesday night. We are staying with my nephew and his family tonight.
Here's todays plan:

S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink

L: Small Wendy's chili w/ cheese
D: Grilled chicken, salad,
S: ??No idea - might not have a snack tonight
Vitamins: Done except night time vitamin
Water: 100 ozs so far
Miles: None yet - but we might go to the beach afterwhile.

Weird eating day here. I had told a friend I would come to her farm and help her paint cross country jumps. I had stuck in some powderd protein and cheese stick and had a 1/3 piece of protein bar, thinking that would be fine because we would do something about lunch. Wrong. So lunch was a cheese stick and apple, snack was an orange (she had fruit, nothing else). I got about 1/2 a lemon tea serving into a water bottle and drank that. I hadn't taken a shaker bottle and getting protein powder into a water bottle was a ***** Ate the end of the protein bar. Never did really get hungry but was glad to get home and have some real food. Surprised my totals didn't end up that bad, except for the excess of carbs from the fruit.

I don't go anywhere without my shaker bottle!!! I can pretty much live on Protein drinks if I have to so without my bottle I could possible starve....LOL It's like a crutch I can't go without.

Same farm. I will be scoring her horse trial. It will just be day trips about an hour away and she has a food vendor coming but who knows what they will offer. The ponies will have to stay home, they don't jump (me neither).
