Hello to all of my Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!

We had a great day shopping yesterday!  DD#3 went and she is so good at picking out clothes for DD#1 so it turned out to be a very pleasant day.  Then when I got home my DH and DSIL had a huge surpirse for me.   They washed down the kitchen and painted it...I guess they told my DD's to keep me out as late as possible.  They did a good job because we closed out the mall and still had an hour trip home.

                               I've got 1 pound to get off!!!!   Protein...Protein...Protein!!!!!!!!! 

HONEYMOON PERIOD EVENTUALLY ENDS FOR EVERYONE...DON'T FALL INTO THE I CAN GET AWAY WITH IT MODE!!!!!!!   BAD HABITS ARE HARD TO BREAK AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD ENDS and THE POUNDS START CREEPING BACK!!!!!!!

S:   Finished off DGS oatmeal......
Protein:  Syntrax Nectar Lemon Tea with a sprinkle of South Beach Tropical Breeze 23g
L:   Texas Roadhouse:   1 roll with cinn. butter, skewer of shrimp, 1/4 DH's Potato skin
Protein:  Syntrax Nectar Lemon Tea with a sprinkle of South Beach Tropical Breeze 23g  
D:   Roasted Chicken and green beans
Protein:  Syntrax Nectar Lemon Tea with a sprinkle of South Beach Tropical Breeze 23g
S:   Fage yogurt with pumpkin.....YUK
S:   1 slice of bread with SF jam....

                                         NO BAD CARBS AT WORk = 4 days!!!

What a great suprise!!!!

MY allergies are flaring up....lots of tissue use around here...ugg!!!  and the puppy had to go out for potty time three times last night...I am so going to make sure his food and water are put up earlier tonight and not left out for any middle of the night slurping...leading to more potty time!!!

Mommy was not too well behaved during those potty breaks...she had 3 squares of dark chocolate...boooo....bad mommy!!!!


Here is todays plan:

Night snacking: 3 squares of dark chocolate
B: protien coffee
B2:  egg, bacon, cheese
L: Tortilla soup and salad
S: yogurt and berries
D: chicken and salad
S: protein hot choclate

Carb: 48

Vites: Done
Water: 16 so far...and several choices ready to help me get in the rest
Miles: walking the puppy...he can go pretty far for such a little dog (schnauzer - shih tzu mix)  and he needs to work off his puppy energy...so will go back to sleeping all night

Puppies can be so cute but they (and lack of sleep) sure can lead you to do crazy things...LOL   My DD#1's puppy is driving her crazy!!!!

What a lovely thing for your DH and DSIL to do! I am running off to the trainer- need to increase my cardio as the scale was up .4 this week. I only have an overnighter in IN this week so I will have more control over my food choices. Yea!

B- protein drink w strawberries (40 g)
L- chili (12 g)
S- greek yogurt (15 g)
D- shrimp w veggie stir fry (14 g)
S- fudgsicle (3 g)

Your weight can bounce between several numbers on any given day without there being a reason.  I never count the .4's etc.  I have a range of 109-112 that I want to maintain in now.  My girlfriend says 3 pounds is equal to one good crap...LOL

Hi Roz!  That was very sweet of them and a great surprise!

B - 1 piece of wheat toast with sausage gravy and coffee
L - a piece of bacon and a protein coffee
S - babyel cheese and celery sticks
D - ribs, carrot bread, 2 bloody mary's, a small dab of potatoes, 2 pickled beet slices

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

I've been trying to find someone to come in and paint while we are on vacation.  DH can't look up anymore or he goes into a dizzy spell so this was really a big deal for him to go ahead and do this. I saw him looking at the walls in the hallway but I didn't give it a second thought or I might have put a stop to it.  DSIL said DH did really good until they were almost done and then he started getting sick and had to lay down.  He still didn't feel well yesterday.

I love biscuits and sausage gravy.   I just can't resist it when it's on a breakfast buffet. I should try it with wheat toast at least that would be better than a biscuit.

How nice!! That would be a great surprise if my DH and ds2 did anything like that. I think I would pass out from shock!! Lol

It brought me to tears.  DSIL was so happy he made me cry.  He is such a sweetheart.  DH on the other hand was to worn out from the whole project and was in bed sleeping when I got home.
