Fitness Fun - April 16th
I did a supported Century Ride. I did the metric century because it was the perfect distance for where I am in my training plan and had a fantastic time.

Thin me.....it does feel good to be active and I know this is key for me in coping with things, losing weight, and hopefully maintaining (one day). I soooo look forward to being able to do more (like attend the classes at the gym and maybe, hopefully complete a spin class.....this is one of MY big goals!).
Price.......I had to wash the clothes twice but got that mud out.......the hoodie I was wearing is getting too big but I need my work out pants for next week! Glad the mud came out and that I was smart enough to wear my old tennies!
