Fitness Fun - April 16th
I had a chance to sleep in and wow...felt great. Today I am going to run at least 3 miles to round up my weeks mileage in running to 12 miles. My calories burned this week should easily top 3500 calories which is 1 lb of fat. I can't wait until the heart rate monitor sends me my little graph and adds it all up...that's tomorrow though.

So, I have logged 12.28 miles of running this week. Not bad for not running in over 8 months...hehe
total calories burned in all my crazy workouts this week....from Sunday to today = 3742. Whoa!! Nice. I have only eaten 6757 calories...this week....hehehe I like it. Shows my hard work.
Tomorrow will be a non-run day. I hope to keep same mileage but increase my stamina and decrease my running time...that would be the goal.
Now to shower and change and go shopping...
Went to the gym and did 30 minutes on the elliptical....usually do 40 minutes but felt a little nausea and knew I was going to Biltmore House to walk around the gardens and that this would help make up for the 10 minutes I left off. I am happy as right now I am working back up to my 4-5 x a week at the gym.....I am meeting my initial goal of 3X a week and that is pretyt good with 45 hr work weeks and being tired still post surgery ( I sleep 10-11 hrs each night on the weekends!).
Got a little muddy at Biltmore so in new clothes and off to Goodwill once I finish my protein shake (with added peanut flour.....YUM!).
Price.....I saw all tha****er at Biltmore....which explains my fall in the mud there!

I SHOULD go get on the rower
I did do a buncha stretching a buncha pushups and relaxed which is something I like NEVER do so i needed it .
maybe ill even get in the tub.
