L - some sort of salad (going out to eat)

protein: 64g w/o lunch and dinner
calories: 383 w/o lunch and dinner

vits: on track
h2o: 48oz down...plenty to go
miles: 3 mile run low intensity (just plain tired today) = 319 calories burned baby burned.

Hi, i keep seeing that everyone drinks protein coffee and eats protein pudding. Suggestions/recipes please? I really don't like protein shakes and keep trying t find ways to up my protein intake. Thank You. Alyse

I have protein in my decaf coffee every morning.  I mix up vanilla protein, 1 scoop, with about 1/4c warm water in a small cup with a spoon, then use it as a creamer in 2 large cups of decaf.  Sometimes I add some SF syurp or cinnamon also.  I don't do pudding but did make protein ice cream for the first time today.  It was a nice change.

hanging head-I have had a bad day as far as food goes.
Breakfast-egg, cheese and ham omlet, one piece of toast with butter

Lunch- here is the bad part, skipped

2pm snack banana
3pm snack egg custard
4pm snack something I cant remember what, but I think I can see a pattern of grazing going on here. And if gets worse.
6pm dinner spegetti sauce, garlic bread, greenbeans
7pm diet popsicle
8pm banana
9pm peppermint candy
I have given into my bad habit today and I should have come here for support. :(   I am so upset with myself.
Well, tomorrow is another day and I will get back on the wagon.

We all have bad days so don't get so down on yourself!!   At least you didn't eat a whole cake, box of cookies, or a loaf of bread!!!

Hi Roz!
I want to wish everyone a Happy Palm Sunday!
I've been  AWAL from posting for the last couple of days, but I am still on track weight wize.
I saw my Doctor last Thursday and she is very pleased with my progress.  I will be back to posting regularly here by the end of next week..George is home and I have limited computer time..
I am continuing my record keeping of food via sparkpeople so I am being careful!!

small plate leftover whole wheat baked ziti with hoemmade tomato sauce fatfree ricotta and fat free mozarell and chicken breast

tabouleh with window tomatoes

fat free ginger snap cookies with mega raw grated ginger in em - yum made with splenda n graham flour

sugar snap peas a handful raw

protein coffee with vodka and hazelnut liqueur later

more sugar snap peas

Good on Vites and fluids

Carbs from fruit and veggies crept up so I'm posting to be more accountable and get the weight loss going again.
