Hello to all of my Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!

  Have a Great Weekend!!!!!!!   Went shopping last night.  Dress Barn doesn't carry size 2's so I got a few Capri's in size 4's that fit pretty good.  At least I'll have a little breathing room after they are washed......LOL    I'm going shopping with DD#1 (the one jealous of my weight) today.  I sure hope the day goes better than the last time!!!!!  

                               I've got 1 pound to get off!!!!   Protein...Protein...Protein!!!!!!!!! 

HONEYMOON PERIOD EVENTUALLY ENDS FOR EVERYONE...DON'T FALL INTO THE I CAN GET AWAY WITH IT MODE!!!!!!!   BAD HABITS ARE HARD TO BREAK AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD ENDS and THE POUNDS START CREEPING BACK!!!!!!!

Doing better as the days go by,
Didnt make breakfast though but got in my fluids.

L-2 oz chobani
2nd L- 2 oz chobani
s- cheese stick
D-3 oz very mild chili
s- cheese stick

I know they are small numbers but still trying to my my picky pouchie to stretch and I personally feel that all seems to be going very well. At least I can eat again, I feel so blessed.

Glad to see you posting so I figure you must be getting better.  Fliuds are the most importatnt right now, then protein so you can heal.

Hi Stacey!!  I've been thinking about you.  I'm so glad you are feeling better!!!

After I got my gall bladder out, I was starving and I felt like I didn't have any restriction.   Thank goodness that's went away.

Spent the morning cleaning out my clothes, again. Can't really complain and I have another huge bag to go to the Thritt store.

The storm is past us and althought there is a big wind, no rain and sunshine so I may try to get the ponies out. I'll have to drive on the road because the ring and pastures are way too wet.
