1.) Do you attend WLS support groups? I have access to 3 different support groups. I dont go as often as I should.
2.) Victories/Challenges this week? Im trying to shuffle my eating and get in more calories without going overboard.
3.) Plans for Easter? Im having a small dinner for just us 4. The kids are older now, so we dont really do major easter baskets or anything. However I do still love coloring Easter eggs :)
Next....................
2.) Victories/Challenges this week? Hmmm... just plugging along with this retirement option trying to decide what to do. I've applied for several jobs, haven't heard back yet. Eating and drinking are normal. I've had the crud for the past week, off and on, which is really strange...
3.) Plans for Easter? Tom is making a combination Easter and Birthday dinner (his and my birthdays). All the family is invited.

Yes, monthly. I think they are very helpful.
2.) Victories/Challenges this week?
DH had a conference in FL this week. We were wined and dined all week. Eating was a challenge. I forgot to pack my protein. Left it right on the counter in the kitchen. I was down a pound when I got back and down 2 more today. I'm finally Overweight! Whoo! Hoo!
3.) Plans for Easter?
We are going to a friend's house for dinner.
Support Group. I'm so Happy I found them!!!!
2.) Victories/Challenges this week? I gained 4 pounds while I was away and I really thought I
made good choices. I've been decarbing this week at work
and the scales are going the right direction!!
3.) Plans for Easter? I was just asking the Grandchildren this morning what their favorite candy is
so I can work on their baskets this week. My sister cooks for Easter and
always has ham....my favorite!!
Roz
God is walking with me every step of the way. Because of HIM this is possible!!

2.) Victories/Challenges this week? I have lost weight this week. Challenges are the same to me each week - sweets and carbs..... I had to have an MRI this morning of a knot on my neckbone and the tech said something about me being so tiny and I asked him if he really thought I was tiny and he told me I was definently tiny!! Made me feel sooo good on a Friday morning.
3.) Plans for Easter - Church and then to my sister in law's. She cooks Easter and we all go to her house. My DGD's will come and hunt eggs after lunch.
Linda
2.) Victories/Challenges this week? Victory: worked 1/2 days and stayed on track foodwise. Challenges: drinking enough water-- still a problem for me.
3.) Plans for Easter? The whole family holiday event and dinner, of course, and resting after my first full week back at work. How boring!
2.) Victories/Challenges this week?
Victory: Breaking into the 150's this week.
Challenges: Still not getting in all my protein but getting closer.
3.) Plans for Easter? None at the moment, we aren't going out of town.
