Fitness Fun - April 15th
Happy Friday!!! Whoo hoo....
I am so happy that the week is over. I am also very proud of myself for staying focused and on track all week. I enjoyed reaching some personal milestones and look forward to building on what I have accomplished this week.
Today's workout will be either treadmill or elliptical (high intensity) only. Today is my non-run day. And I will only be working out at lunch not tonight as I have to get the nails done and go out with my family for dinner...what a great way to end the week, right?
I have burned a total of 3030 calories so far this week (Sun - Thurs) not including todays totals. Wow...

It is beautiful outside today but I've only gotten 1 walk and 20 push-ups done so far. The afternoon may be a little better.

Floor exercises and weights this morning, then curves. Felt great to be exercising instead of sitting in meetings. No ponies however because it is getting ready to rain and it is cool enought that driving in the rain would be no fun.
