I'm 5'4 and have like 5.5 " wrist, but I wear a 9.5 shoe and have big rib cage, but small hips.

According to the wrist measurement, I'm large boned. Everyone who has ever seen me in real life can pick themselves up from the floor from laughing now.

But according to the elbow breath measurement (which is supposed to be more accurate), I'm small boned, which is true.

I just measured my elbow, according to that, I am a medium...which considering how close to medium my wrist is makes sense.

I am 5'4" w/ a 5 3/4 wrist which means I am small boned. I dont get it though b/c I have a HUGE ribcage and collar bone and my hips jut out.

I think there's a lot of variation in all of this, but I know that for me at 5'4", I'm definitely small boned. I don't have a big ribcage like you do. I measure around 33 around my ribcage under my bra line.

I just went and measured again for my monthly chart. Today is my 14 month anniversary. I started at 36" and today I'm 29". As you can see, I carry my weight in my arms and below the waist.
