Hi Roz! Ate awful today... I was SO tired and ate just to keep awake - I knew what I was doing too.

B - double scoop protein in my coffee
S - 3 stuffed mushrooms
L - chicken thigh and 2 chicken wings
S - I actually ate graham cracker crumbs out of the container with a spoon - really????
D - chimichanga (small)

Water:  working on it

I had a very stressful meeting and instead of eating, I shopped.  Humm, maybe that isn't a good exchange.
