B - protein coffee (36g & 171 cal)
S - baked protein oatmeal & 1 turkey sausage link (27.5g & 213 cal)
L - grilled chicken w/black beans and salsa on top of lettuce (18g & 195 cal)
S - protein brownie (20g & 178 cal)
D - same as lunch (18g & 195 cal)
S - cottage cheese (13g & 90 cal)

protein: 137g
calories: 1042
carbs: 83g

vits: on track
h2o: 48oz down so far...
miles: lunchtime workout planned. elliptical high intensity. no workout tonight.

That should be it for today...these are all what was packed (I have a banana and apple that I didn't list...but hey...) but prob high end calories listed for lunch and dinner since it is from data base and not my own cooking. Oh well...no worries right?

If your happy then I'm happy......       You are far enough out you should know what works for you. That would be way to many carbs for me.

Hehe...I am not THAT grown...lol.    Seriously though, the carb count is including everything including the protein shake powder. So I would say its good carbs...and with the high intensity working out schedule again, it seems to be balancing out pretty well.  

The protein baked oatmeal is awesome as well as the protein black bean brownie recipe...that's why my carbs are higher...next week they may be lower...lol

Busy day for a day off! I am begining the ardous process of cleaning out my closets. It is hard to say good-bye to my beloved clothes, but I am running out of space for new items. Out with the old, in with the new!

I had so much fun cleaning out my closets for all of my new clothes......!!!!  I made someone who loves to shop at  the Goodwill and Dress for Success a very happy person!!

Very productive day!  I fitjeans without elastic. I can wear a frilly dress that I have not gotten over my belly for 20 years.  Woo hoo!  I am going to give the consignment shops a try for the high end work clothes but the rest will go to Dress for Success and Goodwill.

Today's Plan

B: protein coffee check
S: 2 hard boild eggs and shreeded cheese check
L: 1/2 cup chicken,  1 Tbls pizza sauce, 2 Tbls cheese check
S: Yogurt and berries Missed it but had almonds
D: baby back ribs, squash, salad check

S: Protein hot chocolate gonna have my yogurt instead---maybe

Still have cals for another snack ...so we may add a little something

Water: 40 so far
Vites: considered my pre breakfast check
Miles: walking the dog to night

I sure hope so!!  I have to admit I enjoyed gaining them but the number on the scale was a little scarey....LOL

Good Menu!!!!  Protein is a good thing to be addicted to!!!  I'm addicted too!!!
