Over the hump day again....LOL   Come on Weekend!!!!!!!  I've got 2 pounds to get off!!!!   Protein...Protein...Protein!!!!!!!!!

HONEYMOON PERIOD EVENTUALLY ENDS FOR EVERYONE...DON'T FALL INTO THE I CAN GET AWAY WITH IT MODE!!!!!!!   BAD HABITS ARE HARD TO BREAK AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD ENDS and THE POUNDS START CREEPING BACK!!!!!!!

Ho hum....food just isn't tasting very good this week. Surgery was four weeks ago today and I feel great, except for the eating part. I don't get sick, but nothing sounds good. At this point I am literally forcing myself to eat something or get in enough protein shakes. Upping my protein with Unjury today as I don't think I'll get enough in with food alone.

B: Choc Protein shake w/ Unjury & SF vanilla syrup  180cal and 35g pro
S:
L: 3 oz canned chicken w/ olive oil mayo  133cal and 18g pro
S: 8oz skim milk  90cal & 13g pro
D: Optifit protein pudding  100cal & 15g pro

total 503 calories and 81 protein

Need to increase my fluids today!! Last two days I have been at 48 oz if I am lucky.

It took me a long time to find interest in food.  As long as you are getting your Protein in enjoy the honeymoon period as long as you can!!!!

Feeling more human today, so trying real foods:

Breakfast: 1/2 low carb lavash with 1 xl egg and about a half an egg white with a small amount of mexican blend cheese: 15.5g protein

Snack: FC28 Chocolate Marshmallow snack bar: 10g protein

Lunch 1/2 low carb lavash with PB2 and simply strawberry fruit and yogurt spread, 2 baby carrots: 10.1g protein

Snack: FC28 Lemonade: 15g protein

Dinner: (what we should have stayed home and ate Monday) Ranch Parm Chicken with Mashed fauxtatoes: 39.2g protein

Snack: ate dinner at 8pm and convinced myself I did not need more food, I am so proud of me!

totals: 818 calories, 28.4g fat, 57.3g carbs (42.4g net), 93.1g protein

got some more flavors of the capella drops to try, and i drank an amazing amount of water!

Congrats on the snackless morning!!!

I went out at lunch time and bought some baby carrots and Fage yogurt to make some dip.  I'm trying to kill the Cheezits and pretzel snacks.

I don't have trouble with grazing at home, it's at work for me. I really liked the faux mac & cheese too.  I need to buy some more cauliflower.

DD is doesn't worki tonight and she wanted taco's.  We would normally not have them.  I'm making DH steak and mashed potatoes.
