Lunch 1/2 low carb lavash with PB2 and simply strawberry fruit and yogurt spread, 2 baby carrots: 10.1g protein
Snack: FC28 Lemonade: 15g protein
Dinner: (what we should have stayed home and ate Monday) Ranch Parm Chicken with Mashed fauxtatoes: 39.2g protein
Snack: ate dinner at 8pm and convinced myself I did not need more food, I am so proud of me!
