Just got settled in San Diego. Wish I could play hookey but need to catch up on work and attend a reception. I do have plans for a luxurious work out at the hotel tonight. I am hungrier than usual today - hmmm.

I've done a great job if I do say so myself this week...I look forward to planning and prepping next week with a different variety :) not that I don't like what I am eating...but still...

B - protein (24g & 114 cal)
S - baked oatmeal w/sausage (27.5g & 213 cal)
pre-workout snack - cottage cheese (13g & 90 cal)
post-workout snack - banana (1g & 105 cal)
L - 3oz pork center loin & tomato slices (24.5g & 182 cal)
S - clementine (35 cal)
S - 1 protein brownie (10g & 89 cal)
D - ?? 

protein: 106 w/o dinner
calories: 888 w/o dinner
carbs: 83g w/o dinner

vits: all done for the day
h2o: very hydrated...102 oz so far...the day is not over yet
miles: 5k run @ lunch = 411 calories burned. Tonight will have 30 min elliptical (200 cal's ish burned anticipated...will update after)

I hate days like this when I am eating out and have no idea how to count things.  Here is what I ate and I'm sure I got my protein in, one way or the other.

Meals
1/2 sandwich round, ham, cheese 12g
tuna salad, green beans  ?
cheese stick  8g
tuna salad  ?
Ky fried chicken, 2 wings, 1T potatoes, 1T cole slaw   ?
protein decaf coffee  26
protein hot chocolate  26

Tomorrow, no eating out.
