Fitness Fun - April 14th
Good morning LW's....I am s...h...i...Thursday...(Sure Happy It's Thursday)....hehehe
Boy oh boy am I whooped to the whooped squared. My body and mind are fatigued. I finally finished the business math class and am on to economics. Yay...new class new topic. I have 6 more classes to complete and then I will have my MBA...whoo hoo. Then I'll have to start paying back those loans...eeeps. Better start looking for that CEO job now...lol
Anyways...today I am going to try to split my run up today. I plan on doing 3 miles at lunch and 3 miles after work today. I brought my compression shorts so that should help out just fine. In the past 3 days I have burned 1547 calories...and run 7 miles on treadmill and 15 miles on elliptical. When you put it like that...wow...
I notice that when I am exercising...I feel great! I also notice that the pouch seems to have more restriction...I tend to snack less and get very full very quick. This is a good thing but bad too. I know that with expending so many calories, especially as wls, it is critical to nurish our bodies and refuel properly. That becomes a challenge when the pouch can only take so much. So I have broken down to eating every 2-3 hrs and am making every meal protein based. I've been doing pretty good under this plan for the past 2 weeks...
Here is what I have noticed the benefits of my exercise routine:
1. sleep much better and sound
2. drinking less coffee and more water
3. don't feel as stiff (I have a sit down job)
4. pouch restriction
5. less snacking on empty foods (bad food)
What are some of the benefits YOU feel from your fitness fun?
What are your fitness fun plans today?
Have a great day everyone!!

Wow...it's quiet around here...
Well, I did my 5k run @ lunch in 38 minutes...I think that was good time. I will not be running this evening (unless I get the itch) but will do the elliptical for 30 min.
The scale is moving downward for sure. I noticed that this morning. I had been hovering around 135-136...this morning I was 133.8. I'll take it.
Well, I hope everyone is doing well...

Was busy at work today but did get 4 walks in today. I need to get back on the push-ups too.

I drove down to asbury and planted 6 rosebushes and a grape , then dug a hole mixed concrete and planted a post , dug about 6 more holes for roses , transplanted a bunch of wild growing sweet autu,m clematis to cover an unsightly cyclone fence .... manuaed said roses ..
