Menus and Miles Friday April 15th

 A godawful food day ...dont know why  except that all the dreams I've worked  so long and hard for are finally coming  true  and maybe I'm not COMFORTABLE  .....

1 protein coffee 

fat free  baked ziti  reheated (  1/4 the bowl then had to run ) 

thai  chicken salad sandwich minus the dressing   the wrap and the noodles 

a second sandwich content  two hours later with  two teaspoons of dressing 

a breadstick 

a cup of watermelon 

a cup of  grapes 

 a 100 calorie brownie bar 

ANOTHER  100  calorie brownie bar (  OK SHOOT ME  NOW  HURRY UP !! Shot me ..before I can eat anything ELSE  !!!!!   

one large glass red wine

B: coffee and GASP! I didn't have any more protein samples to go in  my coffee.  Made panic call to vitalady to order 2# container.....
S: water
L: green tea, then 2 oz sushi, 1/2 c unhulled edamame, 1/2 c miso soup (26 g prot, 241 cal, 15 g carbs)
S: decaf tea, 1 c unhulled edamame (18 g prot, 220 c, 24 g carbs)
D: HUGE protein skinny latte from starbucks (39 g prot, 160 cal, 24 g carbs)

Miles: 1 hour weeding and hoeing in garden, then 3.5 hours hard exercise hauling branches and logs into the woods.  My husband is going to be sooooo tickled that I did that so he doesn't have to!  I can barely lift my arms I'm so tired....  but I am so happy that I can do this kind of work now.

After I psoted I was going to wing it for dinner yesterday....totaly blew it...it was an exeedingly stresful day...found out my five yearold DD is going to need surgery on her ear...SO I ate...
1/2 a whooper from burger king and two pieces of birthday cake--DS turned 17 yesterday

So, I decided not to let it derail me...so this morning I feed everyone in the house BD cake for breakfest and got rid of the rest...yes I ate it too....felt horribly hungover from the sugar....and then got back on track!!!!! the totals are bad but it is what is and I'm moving right on!!!
