Hi Roz!  Work from home day, so that's always good.  Its been a crazy week for me. Sunday I came down with the Crud, Monday didn't feel well at all, Tuesday felt good, Wednesday felt bad again, Thursday felt good and today its creeping back.  Never had anything do that before... weird...


B - 1 protein coffee (1 1/2 scoops) and a regular coffee
S - 2 tsps of peanut butter
L - french fries (yes, a conscious decision).
D - shrimp stir fry minus the rice and  1 2/3 beers


vits: yes
water:  working on it

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

French fries were always my go to food when my tummy was upset.

I continue to struggle to get my protein in. I just don't feel like following my schedule and so the food is all messed up. For some reason I am hungry for orange vegetables. I have been making pumpkin custard with half splenda and fat free evaporated milk, yesterday I ate a sweet potato for dinner. I need to eat meat, but I just don't like it, and I hate the protein drinks. I try to drink them down but it feels like a punishment for not eating.

Breakfast- the other half of my sweet potato and coffee
Lunch 3 ounces ground beef and 4 french fries, 1/2 container of yogurt
Dinner I think 4 ounces of pork night and green beans
afternoon snack diet cocoa and orange

That's a shame you don't like the Protein drinks because they make life so much easier.  I think less about food when I get all of my drinks in.

Sweet Potatoes are a good thing but french fries are not.  I bet you could french fry sweet potatoes.  Stick with the orange vegetables....LOL

Good job Roz!! Ummm I just woke up! at 11:45??? I had a long day yesterday and my stomach was hurting bad by the end of it and I was so physically drained so I know I did too much too soon. Also eneded up having a bad day with food yesterday so was feeling drained from the ED cycle. Doing HW all day.

l-protein coffee (30)
s-handful of mixed nuts (5) (ahhhh!! these are triggering me bad...never eating them again!!)
d-turkey buger and green beans (25)
s-maybe another protein drink (30)

water and 1 or 4 vits done. no walking today, just recovering.

I had to take my handful of nuts and then hide the rest from myself....LOL  Out of site always seem to work for me.

Thank you Roz :) I had to do the same thing ...i handed the container to my dad and i said just shook my head no and he knew what that meant! so the mixed nuts are hidden haha.
